Submission requirements for Gallery in the Park:

  • Curriculum Vitae

  • Artist statement (or statement of intent)

  • Images of art for submission (hard copy or jpegs)

  • A nonrefundable $35 application fee, which must be paid at the time of submission

*Please note: digital applications are preferred and may be submitted by email to the address below.

Original artworks will not be accepted for submission purposes.

General Requirements for Artwork Submitted:

  • All work must be original to the artist submitting the work

  • All art sales will be handled through the Town of Altona Recreation Department offices

  • The Town of Altona receives a 25% commission for any work sold as the result of an exhibition at Gallery in the Park

  • Any work sold during an exhibit will be available to the purchaser only at the end of each exhibition

Art will be exhibited for the period of time agreed upon by the gallery and the artist
